About Your Career Coach

Tonda Bean, also known as the Career Launchpad Coach, is passionate about preparing students for life as independent adults.

Tonda Bean (MBA, MSOD) is the founder of Wisdom In Minutes, LLC and a family-centered career launch design coach who helps parents and students connect education decisions to real-life goals, meaningful work, and independent adulthood. She led a Girl Scout Troop for over 10 years and is the mother of 2 young adults who graduated from New York University and Harvard University – starting their careers the week after college graduation. Her approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping families think ahead with greater purpose and less confusion.
