Tonda Bean, also known as the Career Launchpad Coach, is passionate about preparing students for life as independent adults.

Meet Tonda Bean, The College & Career Launchpad Coach. Her mission is to have emerging adults graduate from college and step confidently into a career they love!
She has guided over 1,000 students and parents in connecting high school, college, and career.
Too many young people are unsure of their next steps after graduation, and too many parents feel unequipped to guide them. Ms. Tonda is changing that. Through her company, Wisdom In Minutes, and her signature Success Set-up System, she equips families with the tools, skills, and frameworks to turn potential into purpose and dreams into achievements.
Ms. Tonda is an alumna of Howard University, the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and American University. With Master’s degrees in both Business and Organization Development, and a corporate background, she understands the demands of both student life and the workplace. As a former Girl Scout leader and a mother who guided her own children through college (NYU and Harvard) and into careers, Tonda brings youth development experience and the heart of a nurturer to her work. She brings together these aspects of her background to support families in bridging the gap between school life and real-world success.
