Tonda Bean, also known as the Career Launchpad Coach, is passionate about closing the gap between school life and real-world success.

Tonda holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Organization Development. She is an alum of Howard University, The University of Wisconsin – Madison, and American University.
A former Girl Scout leader, PTA officer, and board member of a parent empowerment organization, she has worked with over 1,000 students and parents. Her own children, guided by her system, graduated from NYU and Harvard and launched directly into careers they love.
